The researchers found that people who took NMN in the afternoon had better overall drowsiness and muscle responsiveness than those who took it in the morning.

Can it help with aging?

Many researchers suggest that taking NMN supplements may help with age related health concerns.

A study in 10 Japanese men found that taking NMN (100, 250, or 500 mg) increased levels of NMN byproducts in the blood, including NAD.
